Use Add and Remove buttons to specify your own Change System Time Policy.

Set user restrictions: who can logon the computer and who cannot

Some users may try to cheat Access Boss by creating a new user account and logging on with this account when the allowed user time is over. To counteract to such cheating, you should specify the list of user who can logon the computer. All other users (existing and forthcoming) will not be able to use the computer at all. To set these restrictions select Computer->Permissions from main menu and select Logon page in the Security permissions dialog. Tick "Only these users can logon this computer" and use Add and Remove buttons to populate the list of the authorized users.

Note: Since Access Boss version 3.0, you don't need to add yourself to the list of authorized users. The user who installed Access Boss is considered as Access Boss administrator.
