The Interactive password prompt feature lets you unlock protected folders when you need to access them. When this feature is enabled, protected folders remain visible but locked. When you try to open a protected folder in File Explorer, My Lockbox displays a password prompt. File Explorer waits while the prompt is open and opens the folder after you enter the correct password.
Entering the correct password disables My Lockbox protection. Remember to enable protection again when you finish working with your data.
If you disable the Interactive password prompt feature, protected folders are locked and hidden.
